Hiya, I'm Dina, your Ombuddy. I'm passionate about supporting teams to  do their best work because they feel seen, heard, valued and celebrated. It's been my honor to spend the past 29 years resolving work conflicts.

As a lawyer, I know what's it's like to leave a competitive educational experience then turn around and  have to learn how to lead people and run a profitable business.  I love showing you the EASY button.
