Greg Essenmacher, Mr. Full Arch Denistry and the head honco at GnA Consult, sat down recently to talk all things Ombuds. We met online, then again, in IRL at Dental Podfest. He's such a bright light, and I'm not just talking about his radiant smile!

We had such a rich conversation. There were several times when we were using the same concepts to help practices grow, but in unique ways. Thrilled to have skillful, dedicated colleague as Greg.
