Hope is not a strategy for resolving conflict

If you’re waiting for things to blow over, don’t be surprised if they blow up instead

  • Let’s leave well enough alone
  • Things will blow over with time
  • They’re just not gonna take it well
  • They’re adults. Let them handle it

I hear these phrases from DSO executives and Practice owners all the time. I understand it’s tough to figure out what to do. That’s where I come in.

I’m Dina Lynch Eisenberg, a Certified Ombuds who specializes in transforming toxic environments into trustworthy communities.

My experience spans multiple industries from financie to manufacturing to consumer products, tech to healthcare, which means you get a wealth of approaches and insights to put to work in your DSO or Group Practice. I’ve seen i(and solved) t all.

With a deep foundation in conflict resolution skills, including over 100+ hours of mediation training and foundational Ombuds training, you get strategies and skills that guide your leaders and team members to successfully deal with conflict. THey become Conflict-Ready.

And while communication or leadership training can address the symptoms, you might not discover the root issues or hidden issues plaguing your business. As a Fractional Ombuds, I provide the practices inside your network with ongoing support and guidance.

Our Systematic, Holistic Approach

My science-based approach to program design takes a holistic view. We look at the symptoms, then unearth the root cause of the disturbances, before attempting to address the symptoms. We read the room before writing the prescription.

I love Ombuds work and consider it to be my life calling.

Visitors tell me that I have a significant impact on their lives, at work and at home. ecause I feel grateful and blessed because my purpose is to help people feel seen, heard and empowered in their own life. That’s so meaningful.

Combining my curiosity with three decades of experience across multiple industries and a deep foundation in conflict management skills, I bring a fresh strategic lens to the organizations I work with. Many folks fear conflict so I  bring my warm -hearted, nurturing, and fun energy to everything I do.

It’s about:

Increasing engagement through trust and transparency

Creating a psychologically safe space to encourage collaboration, innovation and improvement

Building a healthy community where people care and communicate well even in difficult times.

Helping your people be their best selves so they can do their best work.

And all of that leads to more value, higher EBITDA , and more growth
